(More customer reviews)My favorite easy healthy meal is to microwave pasta in V8 juice instead of water to cook it - no need to add oil or anything else. In the time it takes the pasta to cook, the V8 becomes the consistency (and flavor) of spaghetti sauce. Tastes just fine like that, or you can add some Italian seasonings to it for variety.
