(More customer reviews)This is a great carving board! Perfect for turkeys and large roasts. My only trouble is finding a place to store it, but that would be an issue with ANY carving board due to the size and the spikes.

The J.K. Adams 20-Inch by 14-Inch Traditional Carver with spikes is the ultimate board for red meat. The grooves routed into the board's surface in a traditional well and tree pattern, are gently sloped to direct meat juices into the large well where they can be easily spooned out for gravies, sauces and au jus. Available as is or without permanently in a size most people prefer for cutting. Made of Maple in Vermont.
