(More customer reviews)This product was a bit cheaper than in the dept stores. I bought it on Black Friday and it arrived a week later. I didn't need to open the box to hear the shards, the pitcher was smashed. I returned it through amazon and had another shipped. This one arrived right before Xmas with big bubble in the front of it. We used it since we would not be able to get another before the holiday. Beware of what you get in these sales.
