(More customer reviews)I have 5 kids at home...2 teens...at first this leaked but not anymore....we make a large amt of koolaid and then it sets on the counter...it has eliminated fighting over who is going to make koolaid at each meal....the ice holder does not really keep it cold so we do not use it...I recommend this to any person with a big family or it would be excellent when entertaining...well made! Not an eye soar on the counter.UPDATE---THE FIRST ONE I HAD TO SEND BACK SINCE THE SPOUT BROKE...THE 2ND ONE'S SPOUT BROKE 2 DAYS LATER AND MY HUSBAND ENDED UP PURCHASING A NEW SPOUT AND PUTTING IT ON
