I had to re-sell this product on ebay (for much less than I paid for it) because the seller would not accept my return of their juicer. How can you tell if an orange juicer works to your satisfaction if you can't try it? The second I unpacked it and used it once it was considerred "used" and non-returnable. This orange juice press probably does exert tremendous pressure, but my experience was that it did not press the orange juice half in the right place. The bottom half of each slice was not squeezed, and remained filled with juice. It was quick, but not thorough.
