Rubbermaid FG7E59RDCHILI Seal 'n Saver Pitcher Review

(More customer reviews)I give this product 2 stars because it is impossible to clean out the handle. I don't recommend making orange juice or any juice with pulp in this container. I have the old model rubbermaid container like this and it was all open with indents on the side for the handle so you could clean out all of the inside surfaces. The lid is nice because it seals and as long as you have it on properly you can shake it with out it leaking.

(More customer reviews)No matter how many times this pitcher was washed, it still kept making the drinks taste like plastic. After trying various types of liquids, and always drinking exclusively out of real glass glasses, I finally tossed the pitcher because it kept ruining every drink with that awful plastic stink and taste.
Only high-grade plastic won't transfer taste and odor. It's surprising to see a good company like Rubbermaid would use low-grade plastic for a pitcher of all things.

(More customer reviews)This is the best mixing picture I have tried. I also tried the dr browns and it does not mix formula near as fast. not even a competition. I used it every day for 4 months or so when it finally snapped. the up and down motion flexes the clear plastic and eventually makes it weak enough to crack. you can buy a replacement handle for over half the price of the entire thing.
I see the info also has a white top. i had the clear top. I wonder if thats why they changed it to use a more flexible type of plastic.
for occasional use or you just need the best mixing action possible with risk of breaking, i would highly recommend this.

(More customer reviews)I really like this pitcher a lot. Great design - it is tall and thin so it holds a lot but does not take up a lot of room in the fridge. It is made of solid plastic, so it's light - and the mixer works great. That's the best feature by far. I drink orange juice in the morning, which always seems to separate, forcing you to have to shake the pitcher to stir or else use a wooden spoon to mix with. What a pain. With this one, you just push a button on top and BAM, it's all mixed! And the mixing button locks down with a turn.

To measure for my brew

The only problem I foresee is that the cover fits fairly loosely, and may come off when pouring the last dregs from the pitcher. It may be advisable to keep your hand on the lid when decanting.

Somebody should've invented this ages ago! No more swirling with spoons that are too short, or risking a shaking maneuver; this pitcher has an agitator inside that can be spun with the handle to mix up powdered lemonade, fruit punches, iced tea and more.

(More customer reviews)I'm a fan of Lock & Lock products, so when I was on the search for an iced tea pitcher, I was thrilled to stumble on this. So much so that I even preordered it! I am happy to say that it did not disappoint me. It's just the right height for my top refrigerator shelf but it's shaped so that it would fit on the door (assuming you actually have any room on your door shelves...I know I never do)!
I'm especially enamored with the lid which locks down tight, keeping your beverage free from the encroaching odors and odd flavors from the other items in the fridge. The spout is drip-proof and performs well. The pitcher is dishwasher safe and washes up beautifully. Also the slim and tall design helps disperse the weight of a gallon of liquid so that it's not quite so hard on the wrist. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)I have four children and they pack lunches often. I love the convenience of juice boxes, but hate the waste they create. I originally purchased two of the Rubbermaid Litterless Juice Box several years ago. One was lost (one child is notorious for that) and the other one is still going strong. They do not leak no matter what position they end up in in the lunch box. I have since purchased other brands only to be discouraged and disgusted when I have to clean juice or milk off of anything and everything in the lunch box and backpack it was housed in. I cannot locate these in my local stores and may end up ordering from Amazon. As for the straws becoming worn, I didn't have that problem. However, there was an insert in the product that told where to order extra straws for replacement. I also wash this product in the dishwasher. I put the bottle on the top shelf and the lid in the silverware basket. I always wash the straws by hand as they may get lost and melted in the dishwasher.
