(More customer reviews)This brand of pH down instructs the user to add a few crystals to lower pH a bit. I can't get it to work consistently. It will drop the pH very quickly, but it doesn't hold it long. A water tank will go to low, need a lot of mixing water to get it right (I am aiming for 5.5-6.5) then when I check it a couple hours later it is too high again. My time is too valuable to keep messing around with this brand, I am going back to a liquid formula that is more consistent.
