Pour about a third of the bag into a small pot with dirt and water, place it out of the way for 6 days and then it's ready to be eaten. One thing that might happen ( not the fault of the product, it's just what cats do) is your cat might eat a ton of grass and throw it up all over the house. You'll find small piles here and there. The good news is it's easy to clean up. I like this product better than the already-made pet grass from Petsmart or Petco because it's cheaper and I know the dirt and water used to create the plant was safe ( because I prepared it). Overall, great product.

Many thousand varieties are known but there are three main types: Triticum vulgare, used mainly for bread; Triticum durum (durum wheat; see also kamut), largely used for pasta; and Triticum compactum(club wheat), too soft for ordinary bread.
