(More customer reviews)The glass is not thick enough in the lower section. We filled the bottom container with ice and the upper with liquid, as suggested, the first time we used it. At the end of the night, when the upper unit was 2/3rds empty, I noticed that the lower section had a large crack in it. Also, the fit between the upper and lower parts is very loose. When empty the upper shifts around a lot. There is a card included which warns about this and says it will stabilize when full. That's true, it does, as long as it stays full. However, if you dispense most of the beverage from your beverage dispenser it loses stability and begins to shift around again. At the beginning of the evening it worked beautifully and was the object of many positive comments. Unfortunatly, we only got to use it that one time. Not Recommended.
